Hatha Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalinī is the feminine form of the Sanskrit adjective meaning "circular" or "coiled." In yoga, the word applies to the life force that lies like a coiled serpent at the base of the spine and that can be sent along the spine to the head through prescribed postures and exercises.

Intuitive Yoga

Aroma Yoga™ is a mighty blend of conscious movement, breathing exercises and chakra meditations combined with therapeutic grade essential oils especially designed to help you to let go of what no longer serves, so you can have more peace, inspiration and joy.

Slow Yoga
slow flow yoga. In a typical Slow Flow class, you will practice about half the number of poses you might practice in a Flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath.
